Principal

Mr. Julian Luke

Principal - The Bishop's Co-Ed School, Undri

It gives me immense pride and profound satisfaction to reflect upon the upcoming edition of The Bishop’s Co-Ed School, Undri Model United Nations, set to be held on 11th and 12th July 2026. The two days will stand as a remarkable testament to youthful intellect, global awareness and the spirit of constructive dialogue. With eloquence, confidence and maturity beyond their years, our student delegates will step into the shoes of global diplomats, engaging in debates that echo the very essence of international cooperation, critical thinking and responsible leadership.

I extend my heartfelt appreciation to all whose meticulous planning and unwavering dedication ensure the seamless execution of this prestigious event. My sincere gratitude also goes to the Secretariat, Executive Board Members and MUN Coordinator whose guidance and mentorship provide the foundation for an enriching and intellectually stimulating experience. I commend every participant for embracing the ethos of the United Nations, upholding diplomacy over discord and dialogue over division. Your participation not only broadens your global outlook but also strengthens your character as future leaders and changemakers.

As we look ahead to TBSUMUN 2026, the second edition of this promising conference, we do so with pride and anticipation. More than an academic simulation, it is a vibrant confluence of ideas, perspectives and values. Building upon its inaugural foundation, this edition will continue to inspire delegates to demonstrate research excellence, diplomatic decorum and the ability to listen, negotiate and collaborate with integrity. When it convenes, it will once again reflect thoughtful deliberation and a strong commitment to meaningful problem-solving, strengthening the growing legacy of TBSUMUN.

I am confident that this platform will continue to grow in stature and significance in the years to come, inspiring successive generations to think critically, speak responsibly and act compassionately on the global stage.

May the memories forged, lessons learned and friendships built during these two days continue to guide you in your academic and personal journeys.

Mrs. Amrita Bhaduri

MUN Co-ordinator - The Bishop's Co-Ed School, Undri: Model United Nations

As the MUN Co-ordinator, I reflect on TBSUMUN 2025 with great pride. The conference marked a significant beginning, bringing together enthusiastic delegates who engaged in thoughtful debate, demonstrated diplomacy and embraced collaboration. The commitment shown by the Secretariat and organising team ensured that the event ran smoothly and set a strong foundation for the years ahead.

Looking forward, TBSUMUN 2026 carries a renewed vision and greater aspirations. With increased participation and an expanded scope for dialogue, this edition aims to create an even more enriching experience for delegates while strengthening the culture of critical thinking and global awareness within our school community.

What remains most encouraging is the growth seen in students, their confidence, their willingness to listen and their ability to navigate complex global issues with empathy and responsibility. These are skills that extend far beyond the conference room.

I wish the entire team the very best as they prepare for TBSUMUN 2026 and I am confident it will continue to inspire meaningful learning and leadership

About TBSUMUN 2026

The second edition of The Bishop’s Co‑Ed School, Undri Model United Nations builds upon the strong foundation laid by its inaugural conference, which welcomed over 210+ delegates and emerged as a remarkable success. The first edition demonstrated the power of student diplomacy, intellectual curiosity and meaningful dialogue, creating a space where young voices engaged with global issues thoughtfully and confidently. It set a high benchmark, not only in participation but also in the quality of debate, collaboration and leadership displayed across committees.

As the conference returns for its second edition, it marks a fresh beginning shaped by experience and ambition. TBSUMUN 2026 reflects a renewed vision, one that seeks to deepen academic rigour, broaden perspectives and strengthen the culture of constructive discourse established in its debut year. With lessons learned and enthusiasm carried forward, the organising team approaches this edition with greater clarity, innovation and purpose.

This year, the conference looks ahead to welcoming an even higher number of delegates, expanding both its reach and its impact. The aim is not merely growth in numbers, but growth in engagement, diversity of thought and diplomatic excellence. Enhanced committee structures, refined agendas and a stronger emphasis on research and collaboration promise an environment where delegates can challenge ideas, negotiate solutions and develop essential global competencies.

TBSUMUN 2026 therefore stands as more than a continuation, it represents evolution. It carries forward the spirit of its successful first edition while embracing new possibilities, stronger partnerships and a clearer sense of direction. With a renewed vision and an expanding community of delegates, the second edition aspires to inspire thoughtful leadership, responsible dialogue and a lasting commitment to global citizenship.
